CONSULTATION: After reviewing the health history, the Doctor meets with the patient to discuss his or her health problem to determine if they can be helped through chiropractic care.

EXAMINATION: Doctors of Chiropractic are competently trained in all aspects of physiological, orthopedic, neurological and physical examination.

X-RAY: X-ray is vital for it eliminates guesswork and reveals misalignments of vertebrae, arthritis, tuberculosis, heart conditions and many other hidden ailments.

LABORATORY TESTS: Laboratory examination aids the Doctor in identifying and ruling-out pathologic processes or diseases which often present themselves as pain or illness.

REPORT OF FINDINGS: After the Doctor has studied the health history, the results of the examination, laboratory findings and x-rays, he meets again with the patient to explain the results of the exam and the recommended course of Chiropractic care.

MANIPULATION: Spinal manipulation is a painless, passive maneuver and effective procedure which assists in the correction of biomechanical spinal disorders. This relieves pain and nerve symptoms.

THERAPY: The type of therapy will vary depending upon the patient's needs, but the ultimate goal in each case is to speed overall spinal correction and to stabilize that correction.

REHABILITATION: This includes types of neuromuscular re-education, muscular strengthening and improved joint function.
