







The doctors at the O'Neal Clinic have received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Indiana State University and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri. They are board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
The doctors have taken extensive postgraduate studies in physio therapy, radiology, neurology, orthopedics, clinical nutrition and applied kinesiology.
The doctors are members of the American Chiropractic Association, the Indiana State Chiropractic Association and they are certified for Medicare and Medicaid by Indiana's Medical Assistance Program and the Health Standards and Quality Bureau. They have been in practice since 1975.





Dr. Eugene O'Neal has been in practice for 30 years at the O'Neal Chiropractic Clinic at 2111 Margaret Avenue in Terre Haute, Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree from Indiana State University. His Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree was earned from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri, where he also completed his externship. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor and is board eligible in orthopedics and neurology from the National Chiropractic College in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. O'Neal is a specialist in the treatment of neuromuscular, skeletal, and joint conditions with special emphasis on spinal conditions.
Dr. O'Neal is a member of the Indiana State Chiropractic Association, and received several honors of distinction over the years. Dr. O'Neal is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and is listed as a provider for most insurance companies. He serves as an expert witness for local attorneys in litigation cases.
Dr. O'Neal's wife, Phyllis, is a teacher at Honey Creek Middle School. They have two children: a daughter, Erin, and a son, Matt. Dr. O'Neal is a member of St. Joseph University Parish and serves on the Parish Council.

Dr. John O'Neal has practiced in Terre Haute for 30 years. He received his pre-chiropractic educational requirements from Indiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master's Degree in Science Education. His Doctor of Chiropractic Degree was from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri and there he also completed a two-year externship in clinical practice. Dr. O'Neal completed postgraduate studies in Orthopedics and Applied Kinesiology from the National University of Health Sciences and he is a Board Eligible Diplomat in both of these specialties. He limits his practice to holistic treatment of neuromuscular skeletal conditions. He treats patients of all ages, including pediatrics through geriatrics.
Dr. O'Neal was granted a license to practice in Indiana in 1975 by the Indiana Board of Examiners, after passing basic science and clinical boards. He is a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a current member of the American Chiropractic Association and Indiana State Chiropractic Association. Dr. O'Neal frequently testifies in court trials as an expert witness on personal injury cases.
His wife, Dale Ann, is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Indiana State University. They have one son, John.
